We work closely with universities, startups, SMEs, and ecosystem partners to create structured pathways for students and founders to gain real-world exposure through startup immersion programs, and industry-led learning experiences. Our programs focus on bridging academic learning with entrepreneurial practice by connecting participants to operating startups, innovation hubs, venture investors, and applied research communities.
In partnership with universities and host organizations, Alysium supports program design, industry matching, and coordination across jurisdictions, with a strong emphasis on student development, ecosystem learning, and long-term collaboration. Allison Nam Hui May
Founder
Allison Nam Hui May is a founder and ecosystem builder creating cross-border pathways between talent, startups, and innovation ecosystems across Asia.
Her journey began in global finance at J.P. Morgan, where she gained early exposure to institutional capital markets and complex decision-making. She later worked with Techstars, engaging directly with founders, investors, and startup programs, which deepened her conviction that innovation accelerates when talent, capital, and execution are aligned early.
She is a co-founder of NandinaREM, an advanced-materials and circular-economy venture, where she works at the intersection of strategy, commercialization, and ecosystem partnerships. Alongside this, Allison leads cross-border startup immersion, international internship, and university-industry collaboration programs connecting Singapore, South Korea, and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Across her work, Allison focuses on building execution-driven platforms that move talent beyond theory into real operating environments—enabling founder development, talent mobility, and long-term institutional collaboration.

Jonathan Moore
Advisor
Jonathan Moore is a seasoned expert dedicated to helping early-stage startups across Asia grow, scale internationally, and secure capital. With 17 years spent in Korea and now based in Singapore, he co-founded Next Stage Venture Studio (acquired by Brinc), aiming to provide founders with the hands-on support he identified as missing during his own first company launch.
His early entrepreneurial success includes building a language learning platform that achieved a Series B funding round and gained over two million users. Following this, he:
- Led marketing efforts at a Korean unicorn, contributing to another successful Series B raise.
- Co-founded an AI startup that earned a spot in Techstars’ global accelerator program.
Currently, Jonathan designs and runs a variety of accelerator programs—government-funded, corporate-sponsored, and VC-backed—through which he has advised thousands of founders in sectors like agriculture tech, fintech, mobility, healthcare, and deeptech.
